Jason Aghan

Jason joined the ETG Group in November 2018 having had a long career at Cathay Pacific Airways. Jason held various Management roles within CX ranging from Management of the Airlines National Agency contracting, along with heading up the Victorian Sales team. Most recently he was responsible for the Airlines National Corporate Management involving both Global and National dealings.  

Jason has extensive experience in leading successful teams and Sales negotiation both on State and National levels.  

Karina Hill

Agency Support Centre Manager

Since joining the Company in our Sydney office in 2005, Karina has since worked in different areas of the business, including fares, ticketing and focusing on growing the Independent Travel Group in QLD. Most recently, Karina has transitioned to Head Office in Melbourne to head up the Agency Support Centre. Having been recognised twice as a finalist at NTIA for Sales Executive of the Year, Karina's zest for what she does is evident as she goes out of the way to help every agent succeed.

Paul Pearman

italktravel & cruise National Business Manager
 

Paul joined italktravel as their National Business Manager in November of 2017.  A retail expert having pursued his passion for people and connection with a leading Travel Retailer since 2005. Paul has lead travel retail teams of up to 14 people, and regions of up to 110 people.  Paul values connection within teams and is an advocate for a consistent customer experience.

Amber Kelly

Manager – Product, Events & Marketing
 

Amber joined Express Travel Group in 2015 in the newly created role of Product Manager and undertook to grow and develop our preferred supplier partnerships. In 2016, the Product department, under Amber’s leadership, expanded to encompass the Express Travel Group events division, overseeing the annual program of conferences and events. Most recently in early 2018, Amber was promoted to Manager Marketing & Product, bringing together these exciting and growing departments of Express Travel Group. Prior to joining ETG, Amber held management positions at retail group STA Travel, as well as Product Management roles in the wholesale travel sector.

Charles Tran

Business Development Manager – Select Travel Group

Charles started in the travel industry in 1994 as a retail consultant with Joy Tours (Perth). Charles moved to Melbourne in 1997 and joined Orient Express Travel Melbourne as a retail consultant. In 2002, Charles moved into a Business Development role with Express Travel Group. Over the years, Charles has built strong relationships with the Select Travel Group agencies across Melbourne.

Janeene Lewis

Business Development Manager – Independent Travel Group
 

Janeene joined ETG in 2017 after spending 17 years as a retail travel consultant at italktravel & Cruise Kensington. Joining the travel industry in the mid 1990’s Janeene has identified the increased demand for connection, partnerships and team work.  She is passionate about all things travel and applies a positive can do attitude to her role in assisting the Independent Travel Group agencies in Victoria.  

Zoe Millard

Agency Support Co-Ordinator

Zoe joined the travel industry in 2014, having worked for a premier hotel brand  in Melbourne prior. With a strong passion for learning and development she assisted in running a successful travel retail team before moving into a coaching role, teaching a certificate 3 and 4 in Travel to a wide range of students.

Treasa Carroll

Agency Support Co-Ordinator

Treasa joined ETG in October 2018 after returning to Australia from Europe, working with Contiki Holidays for 3 years. Having studied a Bachelor of Business in Tourism Management, Treasa has experience of working in the hotel industry, and international tourism throughout the UK and Europe.

Derek Morris

Regional Manager – NSW/ACT/QLD
 

Derek Morris joined the Group as Regional Manager - NSW/QLD in January 2015, following 3 years of consulting work with China Southern Airlines. Prior to this Derek spent over 25 years with Cathay Pacific Airways, most recently as Marketing and Sales Manager Australia

Hamish McCracken

italktravel Business Support Manager
 

Hamish joined ETG as a Network Manager in May 2014. He has a wealth of experience in franchising and small business, having worked in the travel industry since 2000, and understands the market well. In previous roles Hamish worked as a Business Manager with a leading travel retail franchise and also with a top tier airline for 8 years in a similar capacity. He is distinguished by his professional enthusiasm for business and his commitment to meeting customer and market demands.

Anna Ivachev

Business Development Manager –Select Travel Group
 

Anna has extensive airline experience, after joining the industry in 2012. Anna spent 3 years at Air Canada, 6 years at Cathay Pacific and joined Express Travel Group in 2012.  Anna has a passion for troubleshooting and working with the Select Travel Group market.

Isabelle Imperiali

Business Development Manager – Independent Travel Group
 

Isabelle commenced in the travel industry in 2002. She has worked at both Cathay Pacific Airways and Singapore Airlines in a variety of roles, including reservations and sales prior to joining Express Travel Group in April 2018 as the Business Development Manager for ITG in NSW. Isabelle enjoys connecting with people and using her extensive airline experience to assist the Independent Travel Group agencies.

Katherine Chan

State Manager - QLD

Katherine commenced her career in the travel industry in 1972 with China Express Travel, Taiwan. In 1976 she joined British Airways, New Zealand. Katherine moved to Brisbane in 1979 and held senior roles with British Airways, Jetset Travel and Holiday International. Katherine joined ETG in July 1996, and is responsible for managing the Queensland office

Christine Dilger

Business Development Manager – Independent Travel Group

Christine has extensive travel industry experience, beginning her career in the in the mid 90’s as a retail consultant and then travel centre manager, working for brands such as Traveland and Jetset.  Moving into business development, most recently Christine was BDM Australia and New Zealand for a Destination Management Company specialising in Asia.
